职位描述

1. Responsible for the design of transformer products, and completing documents related to general structures, standard structure specifications, and new product R&D;

2. Responsible for the technical tracking and guidance of transformer products, participating in the determination of quality issues and providing solutions;

3. Participate in the promotion of key new technologies and new products;

4. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical related fields such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronic Engineering;

2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience; proficient in electromagnetic calculation and structural design; capable of independently analyzing and handling quality issues; with good communication skills;

3. Proficiency in using drawing software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE and office software such as Office;

4. Positive work attitude and passion for the job; with a high sense of dedication, strong work responsibility, excellent professional ethics and literacy; able to work under certain pressure.

1. Participate in putting forward technical specifications for production equipment and tooling, and take part in work such as defining equipment functional requirements, equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and personnel training;

2. Participate in compiling relevant process documents (work instructions, process specifications), etc., and engage in the process structural review of product drawings while providing opinions and suggestions;
3. Handle relevant process issues during the production process, and participate in proposing rational process suggestions, scheme improvements, process optimization, and tool or method improvements;
4. Participate in the design work of tools, tooling, molds, etc.

任职要求

1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical or electrification-related fields;

2. Proficiency in using AutoCAD drawing software and familiarity with Office office software;
3. Capable of independently solving general problems, with clear language expression, good communication skills, and a certain level of English proficiency.
